Cleaning  your childcare centre before the Christmas break is important to create a safe and festive environment for children and staff. Here’s a checklist that you can use as a guide.

 

  1. General Cleaning
  • Clean and sanitise all surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and shelves.
  • Vacuum and mop floors in all areas, including classrooms, playrooms, and common areas.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces such as window sills, ledges, and baseboards.
  • Clean and disinfect toys, ensuring they are safe for children to use.
